This Margaux is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. Displaying fabulous density, a deep purple color, and a superb nose of forest floor, with a hint of eucalyptus, the palate has notes of cassis, mocha, and touches of chocolate and subtle oak. Full-bodied and deep, this concentrated wine, while enjoyable now, could easily last another decade or two!
