Litrotto Rosso is a natural wine produced by the Dibenedetto family in Northern Salento, Puglia. It’s a robust blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cab, Primitivo, and Susumaniello, harvested by hand, with a short maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Inviting and juicy, this medium-bodied red is ripe with red cherry and raspberry flavors and structured with dry, earthy tannins. Perfect with mushroom ravioli or Sicilian sausage and pepper pizza!
