From the higher altitudes of the Dao region, grown on granite-heavy soils with low-intervention methods. This wine is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Jaen, and Alfrocheiro fermented in stainless steel with about ⅓ whole clusters. It is then aged for 15 months in used French oak. This wine is brambly and medium-bodied, boasting rich blackberry and fruit while maintaining a lovely dryness. Pair this wine with Chanfana, a Portuguese clay pot goat dish, or vegan soy Chorizo and beans.
