Pure, ripe and concentrated with a healthy dose of new oak and smooth, supple tannins, this is the type of wine that put California Cabernet on the map. Dark cassis flavors linger on the palate with a hint of graphite, cedar and clove. This wine begs for prime rib or NY Strip but it can certainly enhance a solid burger!
