The largest cuvee of the Domaine Bordes estate, “Les Narys” is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignon, and Mourvedre from 6 organically tended parcels. The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks for a maceration of 4-7 weeks, then an aging period of 10 months before blending and bottling. Medium bodied, its notes of blue flowers, black tea, and blackberries are accented by a subtle earthiness and a long finish. Pair with steak au poivre or charred eggplant.
