This Chablis hails from a small operation in Chichée, where the Chardonnay grapes are grown on a single hectare by sisters Nathalie and Isabelle Oudin. It is refined and mineral-driven, teeming with refreshing acidity and notes of round citrus, silky melon, and pounded stones on the palate. A dynamic wine that can be drunk now or aged for over a decade, we’d love to pair it with scallops sautéed in brown butter or grilled freshwater trout.
