Made of Zinfandel, Barbera, Tempranillo, Trousseau noir, and Mondeuse, this wine is spontaneously fermented by native yeast and bottled with a touch of sulfur. The nose carries aromas of fresh raspberries, while the dolomite-rich limestone soils lend a lovely minerality to this cherry forward and light-bodied red.
