Canto Sur is a classic, medium plus bodied red made from a blend of 50% Carmenere, 25% Carignan and 25% Pais from 50 year old vines located in the dry, rocky interior of the Chile’s Maule Valley. Dry-farmed, horse-plowed and sustainably produced, it’s both rustic and fresh with flavors of wild red and black berries, earthiness, balanced acidity, and firm, dry dusty tannins on the finish. Enjoy with steak, sticky bbq spare ribs or aged hard cheeses.
