Created in the style of Sancerre, this North Fork Sauv Blanc is wonderfully aromatic, with citrus and floral tones on the nose and grapefruit and lemon confit on the palate, softened by notes of stone fruit. It has racy acidity with a touch of citrus with a dash of bitterness and grassiness on the finish. Pairs wonderfully with sauteed skate and zucchini, or a nice crumbly chevre.
