Grown organically by fourth generation family winemakers in the AOC region of Vouvray in the Loire Valley, this Chenin Blanc is crisp and filled with refreshing flinty minerality. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately, fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, and aged on the fine lees for 6 months before bottling. It has a light to medium body, with subtle tropical and melon flavors, a hint of herbaceous chamomile, and a dry finish. It’s great as an aperitif with raw milk cheeses like Beaufort, or alongside Cioppino.
