CloseInside this aesthetically appealing bottle from first-gen winemaker, Martha Stoumen, is a unique, enticing, biodynamically farmed blend of 30% Vermentino, 27% Roussanne, 25% Marsanne and 18% Muscat Blanc. All of the grapes except the Vermentino, are actually tumbled in the press for a hint of skin contact, then co-ferment with native yeast in stainless steel. The Vermentino is vinified separately and blended back in before it all ages on its fine lees for 6 months. A scent of sea breeze and lemon peel leads to a medium-bodied, refreshing, citrus-forward palate that weaves tangy, ripe pineapple with stone and tropical fruit, saline minerality with a hint of honeysuckle and beeswax. Pair with prawns or a fun picnic feast (11% ABV).
