With only about 2-4” of rainfall per year, the arid climate keeps diseases to a minimum and virtually eliminates the need for any type of herbicide, pesticide or any human intervention other than some fences to keep hungry, marauding camels away. The nose delivers an enticing bouquet of tropical fruit and tangerine, intertwined with orange blossom. On the palate, refreshing grapefruit and passionfruit flavors drive the clean, crisp mineral laden finish.
