A lovely pinot grigio that's handpicked from the picturesque Pastrengo vineyard, located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The grapes are gently pressed to provide only the cleanest fruit while the fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks adds a touch of complexity, while preserving the purity of flavor. Subtle tropical fruit aromas give way to a crisp, refreshing palate with stone fruit flavors and some nice minerality from the stony soils. Serve chilled with any aperitif, sautéed fresh water fish, or prosciutto and melon.
