Grown organically on estate owned vineyards, the Bastide 'Figue' is a medium-bodied blend of Viognier, Roussanne, and Bourboulenc with a silky texture, balanced acidity and delicious peach and nectarine flavors. One of the few whites that appeals to Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and even some Riesling lovers! Pair with simple, freshwater fish or a leek tart.
