Celine is a super easy chillable blend of 40% Gamay, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Mondeuse from the steep, calcareous limestone soils of the Jura. Farmed biodynamically and co-fermented spontaneously by a fellowship of winegrowers in temperature controlled stainless steel for three weeks this pure, light red is fresh and crisp with ripe, brambly red berries, low tannins, and limestone minerality on the finish.  Pair with aged Mimolette, swordfish kebabs, or wash down a spicy saffron lamb Biryani.
