Parajes del Valle is the project of young natural winemaker Maria Jover, situated amongst the castles and rolling hills of Castilla La Mancha. Their Orange is made from 100% organically grown Macabeu grapes, and is wonderfully fresh and aromatic. Aromas of orange blossom and spice are followed by flavors of melon and meyer lemon, bright acidity, and a dry almond finish. Perfect as an apertif or alongside fried egg rolls and roast pork buns.
