Set in the quaint town of Amurrio, the Atxa distillery has been crafting spirits based on family recipes since 1831. This vermouth is made from wormwood, gentian, cherry and bitter orange. On the palate, an initial burst of licorice is balanced with wild herbs, berry fruits, and bitter flavors and finishes with citrus flavors. A great vermouth for cocktails, try mixing it in a Boulevardier.
