Inspired by a recipe from bourbon pioneer, Meredith Basil Hayden, Booker Noe, 6th Generation Master Distiller at Jim Beam, created this lighter, more refined style of bourbon with a high rye mashbill that brings people in with their first sip, especially Scotch Whisky lovers. Aromas and flavors of sweet, smoky oak yield to notes of vanilla, butterscotch and dried fruit with a touch of black pepper and burnt brown sugar on the gentle, lingering finish.
