The Aperitivo Cappelletti, endearingly known locally as just “Specialino” as in a 'Il Specialino Spritz', may be the oldest style of the classic red bitter still in production. Unlike its larger commercial rivals, Cappelletti is less sweet and has a wonderful drying finish.
