Centerbe Giallo is the result of a risky yet fruitful experiment: Faccia Brutto aged their herbal liqueur "Centerbe" in used white wine barrels for a year, let it rest for four months in steel tank, and infused it with a handful of herbs and spices. This tame yet expressive liqueur has aromas of lemon verbena and saffron, while the palate offers chamomile and raw honey.
