CloseForthave BROWN is a coffee liqueur made in collaboration with their friends at Café Integral. Made with a single origin coffee bean –Pacamará Ambar– grown by Don Sergio Ortez in Nicaragua and roasted in Brooklyn, it’s a combination of a cold brew extraction and a ground bean maceration with a base of organic, non-GMO Turbinado sugarcane spirit from Brazil and sweetened with the same sugar. Aromas of toasted wafer, cacao, and chili pepper precede a creamy palate brimming with brewed coffee, toasted almond, dried cherry, and milk chocolate. BROWN showcases the full spectrum of coffee bean flavors from light, bright fruit to rich umami notes. Serve neat after dinner or mix into cocktails.
