Cardamaro is a unique wine-based Amaro from Piedmont that’s infused with 23 native Piedmontese botanicals including Cardoon and Blessed Thistle by 8th generation winemakers. This distinguished expression of traditional Piemonte flavors is a predecessor to the now more common styles of Amari. The complex and seductive aromatics lead to a slightly sweet palate with restrained herbal bitters and baking spice flavors.
