Scotland's Orkney Islands sit way up north and are home to Highland Park Distillery, which makes great use of the region's exceptional hard water. The result is a deliciously floral, grainy Scotch with a touch of honey-suckle sweetness on the finish. An excellent introduction to what Highland Park Distillery has to offer.
