Batch #3 mixes together 2yr straight bourbon and corn whiskey with smaller amounts of 3-4yr straight bourbon, 3-4yr rye and 2yr straight malt whiskey. The result is an approachable, gentler-style bourbon that’s perfect for sipping neat or with a big rock but not sacrilege to use in an elevated cocktail.
