Juan Dobel, an 11th generation Maestro, sources 100% estate-grown Agave to bottle his Tequila. This Cristalino blends Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo Tequilas that are aged in Hungarian white oak barrels. A double filtration process is responsible for its clear color, as well as a crisp lightness in body that is more expected in a Blanco Tequila, although it still maintains complexity from its varied age times. Aromas of cinnamon and toasted almond are followed by notes of honey, prickly pear, and vanilla on the palate, with a light but long finish.
