Maraska Komovica is a ‘marc’ brandy made from the leftover skins, twigs, and other remains of wine grapes. This brandy is clean and smooth and drinks similarly to grappa. It is very popular in Europe and should be enjoyed in a snifter so it can be swirled and warmed by your hand.
