Born in Belgium, Michel Courvreur first learned winemaking in Burgundy before settling into making Scotch. This French take on a classic doublewood style Scotch is aged in old Burgundian sherry casks which lend to a dried flower note in addition to dusty tobacco, a hint of peat, and a long fruity finish of raisin and prune.
