Field Recordings is a central coast winery that specializes in single vineyard cuvees from challenging growing sites. The Salad Days Pet-Nat is made from organically grown Chenin Blanc, Colombard, and Chardonnay. It’s tart with notes of candied green grape and red cherries, with a hint of kombucha and a fizzy texture. Great as an aperitif alongside creamy goat cheese and almond crackers.
