Pertois-Moriset is a small, revered family-owned estate with a legacy of excellence that spans over seven decades, since the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset of two distinguished winemaking families. Their legacy is currently carried on by their granddaughter Cécile and her husband Vincent. L’Assemblage is a clean, classic, 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from the Coteaux Sézannais, which is essentially an extension of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, where their winery is situated.  70-80% of the Assemblage is from the current harvest and 20-30% is from their perpetual reserve wines. Fresh and delicate with aromas of white flowers, orchard and citrus fruit flavors that are followed by a lovely toasted brioche note emanating from a fine, persistent perlage. Ideal for pre-dinner sipping, alongside a raw bar or with chocolate cake for dessert!
