Savor the herbal, pamplemousse, granite nose.  On the palate, apple and lime mingle with clove and nutmeg; there are floral notes and spice, and finally, some refreshing minerality.  But it’s the Pinot itself that sings through – a vinous herald of the long, strong, finish to come.  Pair with almost anything mild – this guy’s the star.
