New York State law requires us to accept the return only of goods that are defective. For such returns, we can offer a replacement of the same item, or we can issue a store credit upon presentation of sales receipt and original bottle and cork.
Unless otherwise noted, we offer a 5% discount on the purchase of a mix-and-match half-case (6 bottles of wine) and a 10% discount on the purchase of a mix-and-match full case (12 bottles). Some items are not eligible for discounts, such as products already on sale and certain specialty items.
