Founded in 2018 in Hanoi, Song Cai distillery is Vietnam’s first Gin distillery. Song Cai prides themselves on treating the environment with respect, and sources their ingredients from over 70 small rural farm families to both stimulate rural economies and create an incentive to keep growing heirloom botanicals and flowers. The floral gin is distilled in direct fired copper pots, and is infused with dragon claw flower, ylang ylang, jasmine, michelia alba, and pomelo. The result is a bold, complex gin with a round body and intense floral aromas.
