A robust, exuberant entry-level Bordeaux blend of 50% Merlot 25% Cabernet Franc 25% Cabernet Sauvigno that sees no oak so everything comes from straight from the vineyard. It exhibits textbook cassis flavors, balanced acidity, a hint of granite minerality and a dry, moderately tannic finish. Pairs perfectly with a really good grass-fed burger with melted cheddar, tomato and, of course, a half-sour pickle!
