Iki Shochu - Nagasaki, Japan (720ml)
Pleasingly mild and aromatic, with evocative flavors of ripe pear and spice. Made from 100% Barley, the Iki is far from icky, in fact, it's terrifically popular in Japan, where it is credited with defining a new shochu style for contemporary tastes. Great on the rocks or with water in a 70/30 ratio. Traditionalists prefer Iki warmed to around 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
