Kyoto Distillery's Ki No Bi is created with a rice spirit base and local Japanese Botanicals including yellow Yuzu, Hindi, Bamboo, Gyokuro tea, and green sanshō berries. Each macerates separately before blending for optimal clarity of flavor, and are proofed down with ground water from the Sake Brewing district of Fushimi. Try it in a dry martini garnished with yuzu.
