An American take on a classic whisky. Like its Scottish cousin, this whiskey is 100% malted barley. Starting in Six Point Brewery’s Mash tun before it took the one block journey to the Stillhouse in the back of a ‘69 Ford pickup for fermentation and distillation, this small batch whiskey has been aged for about 9 months in small American oak casks. Bright with a touch of grassy oak, hints of tobacco, clove and apricot, which give way to caramel notes and a spicy finish.
